fix qemud version reporting when qemu is not installed

* src/qemu_conf.c (uname_normalize): New function, factored out of...
(qemudBuildCommandLine): ...here.  Use the new function.
(qemudExtractVersion): Use it here, rather than hard-coding "i686".
