Introduce virStreamRecvFlags
This patch is adding the virStreamRecvFlags as a variant to the virStreamRecv function in order to allow for future expansion of functionality for processing sparse streams using a @flags argument. Signed-off-by: Michal Privoznik <mprivozn@redhat.com>
