util: fix build on non-Linux

Fix typo in virNetDevPFGetVF() stub:

  ATTRUBUTE_UNUSED -> ATTRIBUTE_UNUSED.

While here, use common indent style for arguments in
virNetDevGetVirtualFunctionIndex() stub.
