test_driver: Pass virt_type to virNodeDeviceDefParse() in testNodeDeviceCreateXML()

Browse Source 
This brings the code closer to real implementation:
nodeDeviceCreateXML(). For the unique OUI, let's take the value
from tests/virrandommock.c: 100000.
