virsh-snapshot: Update snapshot commands to use vshCommandOptStringReq

Browse Source 
also avoids potential NULL pointer dereference:

$ virsh snapshot-current asdf ""
error: invalid snapshotname argument '(null)'

by removing the error message in favor of vshCommandOptStringReq
