libxl: Handle domain death events in a thread
Similar to domain shutdown events, processing domain death events can be a lengthy process and we don't want to block the event handler while the operation completes. Move the death handling function to a thread. Signed-off-by: Jim Fehlig <jfehlig@suse.com> Reviewed-by: Daniel P. Berrangé <berrange@redhat.com> Reviewed-by: Ján Tomko <jtomko@redhat.com>
