libxl: support qdisk backend

libxl supports the LIBXL_DISK_BACKEND_QDISK disk backend, where qemu
is used to provide the disk backend.  This patch simply maps the
existing <driver name='qemu'/> to LIBXL_DISK_BACKEND_QDISK.
