qemu: use lighter-weight fd:n on incoming tunneled migration

Outgoing migration still uses a Unix socket and or exec netcat until
the next patch.

* src/qemu/qemu_migration.c (qemuMigrationPrepareTunnel):
Replace Unix socket with simpler pipe.
Suggested by Paolo Bonzini.
