Make qemuCapsProbeMachineTypes & qemuCapsProbeCPUModels static
The qemuCapsProbeMachineTypes & qemuCapsProbeCPUModels methods do not need to be invoked directly anymore. Make them static and refactor them to directly populate the qemuCapsPtr object Signed-off-by: Daniel P. Berrange <berrange@redhat.com>
