ci: drop CentOS 8 Stream and refresh
This drops the CentOS 8 Stream distro target, since that is going EOL at the end of May, at which point it will cease to be installable due to package repos being archived. Reviewed-by: Michal Privoznik <mprivozn@redhat.com> Signed-off-by: Daniel P. Berrangé <berrange@redhat.com>
