python: Fix Create*WithFiles filefd passing

Commit d76227be added functions virDomainCreateWithFiles and
virDomainCreateXMLWithFiles, but there was a little piece missing in
python bindings.  This patch fixes proper passing of file descriptors
in the overwrites of these functions.
