virsh: migrate --timeout-postcopy requires --postcopy

Requesting an automated switch to a post-copy migration (using
--timeout-postcopy) without actually enabling post-copy migration (using
--postcopy) doesn't really do anything. Let's make this dependency
explicit to avoid unexpected behavior.
