ESX Add esxNodeGetFreeMemory()

Browse Source 
* src/esx/esx_driver.c: add esxNodeGetFreeMemory(), cache IP address
* src/esx/esx_vi.[ch]: refactor resource pool query into esxVI_GetResourcePool()
* src/esx/esx_vi_types.[ch]: bind VI type ResourcePoolResourceUsage
