Add API for issuing 'info blockstats' command

* src/qemu/qemu_monitor.c, src/qemu/qemu_monitor.h: Add a new
  qemuMonitorGetBlockStatsInfo() command
* src/qemu/qemu_driver.c: Remove directly use of blockstats in
  favour of calling qemuMonitorGetBlockStatsInfo()
