interface_conf.c: don't use a negative value as allocation size

* src/conf/interface_conf.c (virInterfaceDefParseProtoIPv4): If
virXPathNodeSet returns -1, indicate failure by returning -1 right away.
(virInterfaceDefParseProtoIPv6): Likewise.
