conf: cpu: Extract and refactor parsing of cache from virCPUDefParseXML
Move the parser into a helper function named 'virCPUDefParseXMLCache' and use the virXMLProp* helpers instead of multiple XPath lookups. Signed-off-by: Peter Krempa <pkrempa@redhat.com> Reviewed-by: Ján Tomko <jtomko@redhat.com>
