9cff1e29d3 tests: qemucapabilities: Add test data for the qemu-9.2 dev cycle
Introduce capabilities based on qemu commit 'v9.1.0-803-g05adb38839'.

Notable changes:
    - new 9.2 machine types
    - 'gluster' disk backend deprecated
    - 'reconnect' option of chardevs replaced by 'reconnect-ms'
        - this includes test output changes happening in this patch
as 'reconnect' was deprecated in the same patch that
introduced 'reconnect-ms' and thus couldn't be changed
          incrementally
    - cpu flags:
        - 'ibpb-brtype' added
        - 'vmx-exit-secondary-ctls' added
        - 'vmx-entry-load-rtit-ctl' added
    - migration capabilities/parameters
        - 'zero-blocks' deprecated
        - 'multifd-qatzip-level' added
    - 'pty' chardev backend gained 'path' attribute
    - 'cris' and 'she4b' arches removed (from 'query-cpus-fast' data)
    - 'copy-before-write' block filter gained 'min-cluster-size'
    - 'vhost-user-scmi', 'serial-mm' removed

a35a355b09 tests: qemucapabilitiesdata: Add caps for 'caps_9.1.0_riscv64' (captured on x86_64)
Add a capability dump for 'riscv64' with 'qemu-9.1' release captured

7b6702d516 hyperv: Support hv-xmm-input enlightenment
qemu supports this enlightenment since version 7.10.

From the qemu commit:
Hyper-V specification allows to pass parameters for certain hypercalls
using XMM registers ("XMM Fast Hypercall Input"). When the feature is
in use, it allows for faster hypercalls processing as KVM can avoid
    reading guest's memory.

f38c2c3729 qemucapabilitiestest: Add test data for qemu-9.1 dev cycle
Add test data based on qemu commit v9.0.0-995-g60b54b67c6 on x86_64

Comparison to previous release:

Feature additions:
 - 9.1 machine type added
 - 'SierraForest' cpu type added
 - 'SapphireRapids-v3-x86_64-cpu' added
 - 'VFIO_MIGRATION' event added (and corresponding 'migration-events'
   bool for the device
 - 'exit-on-error' argument for 'migrate-incoming' added
 - 'sev-guest' gained 'legacy-vm-type' boolean
 - cpu topology added 'module' fields
 - 'compat-props' argument 'query-machines' added
 - 'deprecated-props' argument for 'query-cpu-model-expansion' added

Deprecated removals:
 - legacy non-shared-storage migration fully removed (config/stats)
 - legacy migration compression fully removed
 - RDMA support removed
 - dropped 'nios2' field type from 'query-cpus-fast' return data

Note that this dump was done on a newer kernel version which resulted in
the 'pcommit' feature being removed from the few test cases which depend
on the real CPU flag dump.

fa54595178 cpu_map: Drop 'mpx' from x86 cpu models
The mpx feature was removed from the corresponding qemu cpu models.
With mpx in the libvirt cpu models, libvirt believes the feature
to be implicitly enabled when creating qemu VMs, while in fact it is
disabled.

This became an issue when commit 94eacd5a5f introduced new vmx-*
features, of which some are dependent on mpx (see "feature_dependencies"
table in qemu target/i386/cpu.c), e.g. vmx-exit-clear-bndcfgs and
vmx-entry-load-bndcfgs. These features cannot be enabled by qemu
without also mpx being enabled, leading to the error message

error: Failed to create domain from testdomain.xml
error: operation failed: guest CPU doesn't match
    specification: missing features: mpx,vmx-exit-clear-bndcfgs,
    vmx-entry-load-bndcfgs

when trying to create a VM with a "host-model" cpu on a host that
does support mpx and the mentioned vmx-* features:

    <domain>
      ...
      <cpu mode='host-model' check='full' />
      ...
    </domain>

Resolve the issue by removing mpx from libvirt's cpu models as well.

f9ed4d385a tests: Update capabilities for QEMU 8.1.0 on s390x
The existing capabilities were generated against a build made
quite early in the QEMU 8.1.0 development cycle. Update them
to match the final release.

A notable effect of this is that the recently introduced
s390-usb-model test now passes instead of failing: QEMU 8.1.0
enables several new devices on s390x, including the qemu-xhci
USB controller.

There's a small amount of additional churn caused by the fact
that the machine on which I have generated these capabilities
is apparently slightly less fancy than the one used originally.

a38ad6f687 cpu_s390: Implement getVendorForModel for IBM Z
When running "virsh domcapabilities" on a s390x host, all the CPU
models show up with vendor='unknown' - which sounds kind of weird
since the vendor of these mainframe CPUs is well known: IBM.
All CPUs starting with either "z" or "gen" match a real mainframe
CPU by IBM, so let's return the string "IBM" for those now.
The only remaining ones are now the artifical "qemu" and "max"
models from QEMU itself, so it should be OK to get an "unknown"
vendor for those two.

48341b025a cpu_x86: Penalize disabled features when computing CPU model
For finding the best matching CPU model for a given set of features
while we don't know the CPU signature (i.e., when computing a baseline
CPU model) we've been using a "shortest list of features" heuristics.
This works well if new CPU models are supersets of older models, but
that's not always the case. As a result it may actually select a new CPU
model as a baseline while removing some features from it to make it
compatible with older models. This is in general worse than using an old
CPU model with a bunch of added features as a guest OS or apps may crash
when using features that were disabled.

On the other hand we don't want to end up with a very old model which
would guarantee no disabled features as it could stop a guest OS or apps
from using some features provided by the CPU because they would not
expect them on such an old CPU.

This patch changes the heuristics to something in between. Enabled and
disabled features are counted separately so that a CPU model requiring
some features to be disabled looks worse than a model with fewer
disabled features even if its complete list of features is longer. The
penalty given for each additional disabled feature gets bigger to make
longer list of disabled features look even worse.

Some of the additional capabilities that show up are a
consequence of more features being enabled in this build than
in the one used to generate the replies initially.

5cba53db57 tests: Drop domcaps test data for qemu < 2.11
The minimal supported version of QEMU is 2.11. And after capabilities
for older QEMUs were dropped in v7.3.0-17-g184de10c1d we have some
domaincapsdata/ files that are never read. This is because
domaincapstest uses testQemuCapsIterate() which iterates over
qemucapabilitiesdata/caps_*.xml files.

7826148a72 qemu: report max number of SEV guests
Different CPU generations have different limits on the number
of SEV/SEV-ES guests that can be run. Since both limits come
from the same overall set, there is typically also BIOS config
to set the tradeoff betweeen SEV and SEV-ES guest limits.

This is important information to expose for a mgmt application
scheduling guests to hosts.

9b2130ec8e tests: update QEMU and domain ppc64 capabilities for qemu 6.2
This patch updates domaincapsdata and qemucapabilitiesdata for ppc64
with qemu commit v6.1.0-1714-gc5b2f55981.

Changes in all 'ppc64-latest.ags' files were needed. The changes are
mundane despite the volume. For all 'ppc64-latest.args' files the
changes are:

- removing '-sandbox' command line;
- 'secret' and 'memory-backend-ram' objects are now using qom-type format;
- '-device' is now using qom-type format.
