The libxlmock.c conditionalizes on WITH_YAJL, but this mock is
used from other tests which only conditionalize on WITH_LIBXL.
The libxl code does not have any dependancy on YAJL, so the
bogus condition can be removed from the mock and also from

There are some cases left after previous commit which were not
picked up by coccinelle. Mostly, becuase the spatch was not
generic enough. We are left with cases like: two variables
declared on one line, a variable declared in #ifdef-s (there are
notoriously difficult for coccinelle), arrays, macro definitions,
etc.
Finish what coccinelle started, by hand.

Downstream CI recently encountered failures of libxlxml2domconfigtest when
building libvirt packages against Xen 4.17 rc3 packages. The test fails on
vnuma_hvm config, where suddently the actual json produced by
libxl_domain_config_to_json() contains a 'pnode' entry in the 'vnuma_nodes'
list, which is absent in the expected json. It appears the test has thus far
passed by luck. E.g. I was able to make the test pass in the failing
environment by changing the meson buildtype from debugoptimized to debug.
When a VM config contains vnuma settings, libxlMakeVnumaList() checks if the
number of requested vnuma nodes exceeds the number of physical nodes. The
number of physical nodes is retrieved with libxl_get_physinfo(), which can
return wildly different results in the context of unit tests. This change
mocks libxl_get_physinfo() to return consistent results. All fields of the
libxl_physinfo struct are set to 0 except nr_nodes, which is set to 6 to
ensure the vnuma_hvm configuration is properly tested.

The Xen-related unit tests are failing against the recently released
Xen 4.15. Xen commit 90c9f9f4dd changed the implementation of
libxl_ctx_alloc to use xs_open instead of xs_daemon_open. libvirt has
already mocked xs_daemon-{open,close} and others to allow using libxl
in confined build environments. This patch adds xs_{open,close} to the
list of functions mocked in libxlmock.c

Ever since commit c5a00350 the libxl parser invokes the emulator
to probe which device model to use.
Commit b90c4b5 introduced a workaround that used a stable path
which was very likely to result in the answer matching the default.
However the test is still affected by the host state and the binary
gets invoked if present.
Mock the libxlDomainGetEmulatorType function to stop wasting CPU
cycles every time a 'make check' is run on a system with xen installed.
For example xlconfigtest gets faster by 90 %
