dc42a9d2de remove Vim and Emacs variable settings from C source files 
Done with these commands:

* po/POTFILES.in: Add names of many new files.
* Makefile.maint (err_func_re): Add qemudLog.
Mark diagnostics with _(...).  Split some long lines.

a378188194 Enable the <config.h>-requiring test; fix violations 
Use <config.h>, not "config.h", per autoconf documentation.
* Makefile.cfg (local-checks-to-skip) [sc_require_config_h]: Enable.
* .x-sc_require_config_h: New file, to list exempted files.
* Makefile.am (EXTRA_DIST): Add .x-sc_require_config_h.

* src/console.c, src/console.h, src/virsh.c: Disable
	  text console on Windows.
	* src/libvirt.c: Use replacement getpass from Gnulib.
	* src/libvirt.c: Initialize Winsock before use.
	* src/remote_internal.c: Header file fixes for Windows.
	  Don't fail if AI_ADDRCONFIG isn't defined.  Disable
	  unsupported stuff under Windows.
	* src/uuid.c: ENODATA unavailable on Windows, use EIO instead.
	* src/virsh.c: No uid_t / getuid on Windows.
	* src/virsh.c: No O_SYNC on Windows.
