since the vendor of these mainframe CPUs is well known: IBM.
All CPUs starting with either "z" or "gen" match a real mainframe

The only remaining ones are now the artifical "qemu" and "max"

full host CPU expansion stored, among with supported Hyper-V
Enlightenments. To report them in the domain capabilities, we
just have to pick those starting with "hv-" and see if we know
them.
You may notice that neither of our domaincapsdata test shows any
enlightenment. This is because the test works by parsing
corresponding qemucapabilitiesdata/caps_*.xml file and none of
these store the full host CPU expansion (hostCPU.fullQEMU)
because that is runtime piece of information and not formatted

For finding the best matching CPU model for a given set of features
while we don't know the CPU signature (i.e., when computing a baseline
CPU model) we've been using a "shortest list of features" heuristics.
This works well if new CPU models are supersets of older models, but
that's not always the case. As a result it may actually select a new CPU
model as a baseline while removing some features from it to make it
compatible with older models. This is in general worse than using an old
CPU model with a bunch of added features as a guest OS or apps may crash
when using features that were disabled.
On the other hand we don't want to end up with a very old model which
would guarantee no disabled features as it could stop a guest OS or apps
from using some features provided by the CPU because they would not
expect them on such an old CPU.
This patch changes the heuristics to something in between. Enabled and
disabled features are counted separately so that a CPU model requiring
some features to be disabled looks worse than a model with fewer
disabled features even if its complete list of features is longer. The
penalty given for each additional disabled feature gets bigger to make
longer list of disabled features look even worse.

This picks up the new blockdev capability, so we need to refresh a bunch
of test cases as well.

One of the mitigation methods for TAA[1] is to disable TSX
support on the host system. Linux added a mechanism to disable
TSX globally through the kernel command line, and many Linux
distributions now default to tsx=off. This makes existing CPU
models that have HLE and RTM enabled not usable anymore.
Add new versions of all CPU models that have the HLE and RTM
features enabled, that can be used when TSX is disabled in the
host system.
On systems disabling the features without those types defined
in cpu-maps users end up without modern CPU types in the list
of usable CPUs to use in the likes of virsh domcapabilities
or tools higher in the stack like virt-manager.
This adds:
-Cascadelake-Server-noTSX
-Icelake-Client-noTSX
-Icelake-Server-noTSX
-Skylake-Server-noTSX-IBRS

Update ppc64 capabilities to pick up the new NVDIMM capability
support for ppc64.
Since the ppc64 capabilities weren't updated for some time, the
bulk of the changes here are related to the blockdev support
(see commit c6a9e54ce3 for info) that we are picking up just
now.

This patch extends the ppc64 capabilities data with TPM related XML
and responses. The replies and xml files are copies of the 4.2.0 version
of these files with TPM related data added.
We also need to copy qemu_4.2.0.ppc64.xml to qemu_5.0.0.ppc64.xml.

libvirt currently always reports that USB is available as a bus subsystem
type when running "virsh domcapabilities". However, this is not always
true, for example the qemu-system-s390x binary normally never has support
for USB. Thus we should only report that USB is available if there is
also a USB host controller available where we can attach USB devices.

Now that all pieces are in place (hopefully) let's enable -blockdev.
We base the capability on presence of the fix for 'auto-read-only' on

explicit SCSI id strings to avoid ABI regression and that the fix for
'savevm' is present so that internal snapshots work.
