6fab37da59 Prefer https: everywhere where possible
Use https: links for websites that support them.

The URIs which are used as namespace identifiers
are left alone.

df99aa311a docs: split TLS certificate setup into its own file
The generation and deployment of x509 certificates for TLS is complex
and verbose and thus deserves its own standalone page.
