The script references a very specific line in the kernel source code and
a very specific struct. Further changes to the kernel are likely going
to break it. Set the expectations by adding a warning to the reader.

In general we expect to be able to construct a SEV-ES VMSA
blob from knowledge about the AMD achitectural CPU register
defaults, KVM setup and QEMU setup. If any of this unexpectedly
changes, figuring out what's wrong could be horrible. This
systemtap script demonstrates how to capture the real VMSA
that is used for a SEV-ES as it is booted. The captured data
can be fed into the 'sevctl vmsa show' command in order to
produce formatted info with named registers, allowing a
'diff' to be performed.
This script will need updating for any kernel version that is
not 6.0, to set the correct line numbers.

Meson doesn't use .libs directory, everything is placed directly into
directories where meson.build file is used.
In order to have working tests and running libvirt directly from GIT we
need to fix all the paths pointing '.libs' directory.

In many files there are header comments that contain an Author:
statement, supposedly reflecting who originally wrote the code.
In a large collaborative project like libvirt, any non-trivial
file will have been modified by a large number of different
contributors. IOW, the Author: comments are quickly out of date,
omitting people who have made significant contribitions.
In some places Author: lines have been added despite the person
merely being responsible for creating the file by moving existing
code out of another file. IOW, the Author: lines give an incorrect
record of authorship.
With this all in mind, the comments are useless as a means to identify
who to talk to about code in a particular file. Contributors will always
be better off using 'git log' and 'git blame' if they need to find the
author of a particular bit of code.
This commit thus deletes all Author: comments from the source and adds
a rule to prevent them reappearing.
The Copyright headers are similarly misleading and inaccurate, however,
we cannot delete these as they have legal meaning, despite being largely
inaccurate. In addition only the copyright holder is permitted to change
their respective copyright statement.

The most important part is LIBVIRTD_PATH env var fix. It is used
in virFileFindResourceFull() from tests. The libvirtd no longer
lives under daemon/.
Then, libvirtd-fail test was still failing (as expected) but not
because of missing config file but because it was trying to
execute (nonexistent) top_builddir/daemon/libvirtd which
fulfilled expected outcome and thus test did not fail.
Thirdly, lcov was told to generate coverage for daemon/ dir too.
Fourthly, our compiling documentation was still suggesting to run
daemonn/libvirtd.
And finally, some comments in a systemtap file and a probes file
were still referring to daemon/libvirtd.

Using one Makefile per example subdirectory essentially serializes 'make'
calls. Convert to one example/Makefile that builds and distributes
all the subdir files. This reduces example/ rebuild time from about 5.8
seconds to 1.5 seconds on my machine.
One slight difference is that we no longer ship Makefile.am with the
examples in the rpm. This was virtually useless anyways since the Makefile
was very specific to libvirt infrastructure, so wasn't generically
reusable anyways.
Tested with 'make distcheck' and 'make rpm'
Wikipedia's list of common misspellings [1] has a machine-readable
version. This patch fixes those misspellings mentioned in the list
which don't have multiple right variants (as e.g. "accension", which can
be both "accession" and "ascension"), such misspellings are left
untouched. The list of changes was manually re-checked for false
positives.

As discussed before, this simple script should help with debugging
deadlocks, although there are still some caveats. RWLocks are not
handled by this and if your deadlock if very racy, it may not lock
up when running with this script due to the slowdown.

When converting to virObject, the probes on the 'Free' functions
were removed on the basis that there is a probe on virObjectFree
that suffices. This puts a burden on people writing probe scripts
to identify which object is being dispose. This adds back probes
in the 'Dispose' functions and updates the rpc monitor systemtap
example to use them

This removes the old example for legacy probes and adds two
new scripts demonstrating many of the new probe point facilities.
The rpc-monitor.stp script will print out friendly details of all
RPC traffic between a libvirt client/server. This is incredibly
useful in seeing what RPC calls are being made, and also debugging
problems in the RPC protocol code
The events.stp script will print out lots of info about the poll
event loop, which is useful for debugging event handling problems

I went with the shorter license notice used by src/libvirt.c,
rather than spelling out the full LGPLv2+ clause into each of
these files.

Adds initial support for dtrace static probes in libvirtd
daemon, assuming use of systemtap dtrace compat shim on
Linux. The probes are inserted for network client connect,
disconnect, TLS handshake states and authentication protocol
states.
This can be tested by running the xample program and then
attempting to connect with any libvirt client (virsh,
virt-manager, etc).
