Peter Krempa	5eebe58f9e	qemucapabilitiestest: Add 'qemu_9.0.0.sparc' capabilities from TCG ... As I don't have a sparc machine handy add emulated capabilities. This patch is in preparation for bumping minimum qemu version beyond the oldest 'sparc' caps we currently have.
