bd23695055 qemu: Always enable GIC on ARM virt machines 
GIC is always available to ARM virt machines, and the domain XML should
reflect this fact.

6b22e0b562 tests: Add test for virtio-mmio address type 
Commit 3e4b783e fixed an issue with RNG schema where this address type
was missing, this commit adds a test for it.
