1c04f99970 Remove spurious whitespace between function name & open brackets 
The libvirt coding standard is to use 'function(...args...)'
instead of 'function (...args...)'. A non-trivial number of
places did not follow this rule and are fixed in this patch.

a4bcefbcff maint: Use consistent copyright. 
This is a follow up patch of commit f9ce7dad6, it modifies all
the files which declare the copyright like "See COPYING.LIB for
the License of this software" to use the detailed/consistent one.

And deserts the outdated comments like:

 * libvirt-qemu.h:
 * Summary: qemu specific interfaces
 * Description: Provides the interfaces of the libvirt library to handle
 *              qemu specific methods
 *
 * Copy:  Copyright (C) 2010, 2012 Red Hat, Inc.

Uses the more compact style like:

 * libvirt-qemu.h: Interfaces specific for QEMU/KVM driver
 *

f6d4405e3c Convert (nearly) all files in src/util/ to use virReportError() 
This removes nearly all the per-file error reporting macros
from the code in src/util/. A few custom macros remain for the
case, where the file needs to report errors with a variety of
different codes or parameters

ec8cae93db Consistent style for usage of sizeof operator 
The code is splattered with a mix of

  sizeof foo
  sizeof (foo)
  sizeof(foo)

Standardize on sizeof(foo) and add a syntax check rule to
enforce it

8e22e08935 build: rename files.h to virfile.h 
In preparation for a future patch adding new virFile APIs.

* src/util/files.h, src/util/files.c: Move...
* src/util/virfile.h, src/util/virfile.c: ...here, and rename
functions to virFile prefix.  Macro names are intentionally
left alone.
* *.c: All '#include "files.h"' uses changed.
* src/Makefile.am (UTIL_SOURCES): Reflect rename.
* cfg.mk (exclude_file_name_regexp--sc_prohibit_close): Likewise.
* src/libvirt_private.syms: Likewise.
* docs/hacking.html.in: Likewise.
* HACKING: Regenerate.

7b7cb1ecc9 deprecate fclose() and introduce VIR_{FORCE_}FCLOSE() 
Similarly to deprecating close(), I am now deprecating fclose() and
introduce VIR_FORCE_FCLOSE() and VIR_FCLOSE(). Also, fdopen() is replaced with
VIR_FDOPEN().

Most of the files are opened in read-only mode, so usage of
VIR_FORCE_CLOSE() seemed appropriate. Others that are opened in write
mode already had the fclose()<  0 check and I converted those to
VIR_FCLOSE()<  0.

I did not find occurrences of possible double-closed files on the way.

2e56fb2bcc build: consistently use C99 varargs macros 
Prior to this patch, there was an inconsistent mix between GNU and C99.

For consistency, and potential portability to other compilers, stick
with the C99 vararg macro syntax.
