The socket permissions are controlled by 'unix_sock_admin_perms', but
regardless the code requires that 'geteuid() != clientuid' to allow
clients thus it doesn't make sense to make users aware of it.

The former is a short hand for the latter and is already widely used in
the docs. Using the short hand avoids incompatibility with the alternate
impl of rst2html5.

Some versions of the rst2man convertor are buggy failing to
cope with syntax highlighting in code blocks.
This isn't something we really need for the man page code
blocks, so we can just delete the highlighting directive.

This was a semi-automated conversion. First it was run through pod2rst,
and then it was manually editted to use a rst structure that matches
expectations of rst2man.
