0b464cd84f tests: Drop more QEMU driver config overrides
These are allegedly necessary to keep the output consistent,
but now that we're using a privileged config for the driver we
get the desired behavior out of the box, and as a bonus the
paths match what you would actually see on a regular host.

3078799fef qemu: support CDROM hotplug cdrom with USB/SCSI bus
QEMU supports hotplug of a cdrom device with USB or SCSI bus. Just
unblock these devices in qemuDomainAttachDeviceDiskLiveInternal() and
qemuDomainDetachPrepDisk().

7d3ca9dbdd qemuhotplugtest: Add also always-present capabilities
Use virQEMUCapsInitQMPBasicArch in qemuHotplugCreateObjects so that we
also add the always-present capabilities to the set of capabilities used

b79abf9c3c qemu: support hotplug of vdpa devices
By using the new qemu monitor functions to handle passing and removing
file descriptors, we can support hotplug of vdpa devices.

493d2769f2 qemu: add support for shmem-{plain, doorbell} role
Role(master or peer) controls how the domain behaves on migration.
For more details about migration with ivshmem, see
https://git.qemu.org/?p=qemu.git;a=blob_plain;f=docs/system/ivshmem.rst;hb=HEAD

It's a optional attribute in libvirt, and qemu will choose default
role for ivshmem device if the user is not specified.

With device property 'role', the value can be 'master' or 'peer'.
 - 'master' (means 'master=on' in qemu), the guest will copy
the shared memory on migration to the destination host.
 - 'peer' (means 'master=off' in qemu), the migration is disabled.

a30078cb83 qemu: Create multipath targets for PRs
If a disk has persistent reservations enabled, qemu-pr-helper
might open not only /dev/mapper/control but also individual
targets of the multipath device. We are already querying for them
in CGroups, but now we have to create them in the namespace too.
This was brought up in [1].

944a35d7f0 tests: Add test case for QEMU pci-hostdev hotplug
This patch adds hostdev test cases in qemuhotplugtest.c.

Note: the small tweak inside virpcimock.c was needed because
the new tests added a code path in which virHostHasIOMMU()
(virutil.c) started being called, and the mocked '/sys/kernel/'
prefix that is mocked in virpcimock.c wasn't being considered
in the opendir() mock. An alternative to avoid these situations
in virpcimock.c is implemented in the next patch.

ee2c5ef39f qemuhotplugtest: Don't plug a SCSI disk at unit 7
Unit number 7 is kind of special. It's reserved for SCSI
controller. The comment in virDomainSCSIDriveAddressIsUsed()
summarizes that pretty nicely. Libvirt would never generate
such address.

bit. However, since we must be able to set the watchdog action as
well, new monitor command needs to be used.

ed8f236491 qemuhotplugtest: Add tests for ccw devices
There's a plan to rework the address handling, so testcases
that verify hotplugging ccw devices will help in avoiding
regression.

In this commit, some files are duplicated because of the way
qemuhotplug.c calculates the expected xml filenames.
I plan on changing that to explicitly stating the basis domain
xml, the device xml, and the expected xml.
