ca1471622d Don't define abs_* variables ourselves
Apparently this was necessary in the past because old versions
of autoconf/automake didn't make them available, but these
days all of the platforms we target include recent enough
autotools - as evidenced by the fact that, for example, we
already use abs_top_srcdir in tools/ despite the fact that
tools/Makefile.am is missing the same boilerplate.

c0a4a98eab Fix names for abs_top_{src,build}dir variables
According to the official documentation for autoconf[1], the
correct names for these variables are abs_top_{src,build}dir
rather than abs_top{src,build}dir; in fact, we're already
using the correct names in various places, so let's just make
everything nice and consistent.

Instead of defining targets conditionally and depending on

In addition to removing a bunch of useless code, this has
the nice effect of no longer requiring the main Makefile.am

1862a55462 maint: Prefer AM_CPPFLAGS over INCLUDES
Our use of INCLUDES in Makefile.am hearkens back to when we had to
cater to automake 1.9.6 (thanks, RHEL 5) which lacked AM_CPPFLAGS.
Modern Automake flags a warning that INCLUDES is deprecated, and
now that we mandate RHEL 7 or better (see commit c1bc9c66), we no
longer have to cater to the old spelling. This change will also
make it easier to do per-binary CPPFLAGS.

ce3c6ef684 util: avoid symbol clash between json libraries
The jansson and json-glib libraries both export symbols with a json_
name prefix and json_object_iter_next() clashes between them.

Unfortunately json-glib is linked in by GTK, so any app using GTK and
libvirt will get a clash, resulting in SEGV. This also affects the NSS
module provided by libvirt

Instead of directly linking to jansson, use dlopen() with the RTLD_LOCAL
flag which allows us to hide the symbols from the application that loads
libvirt or the NSS module.

Some preprocessor black magic and wrapper functions are used to redirect
calls into the dlopen resolved symbols.

9cf38263d0 Switch from yajl to Jansson
Yajl has not seen much activity upstream recently.
Switch to using Jansson >= 2.5.

All the platforms we target on https://libvirt.org/platforms.html
have a version >= 2.7 listed on the sites below:
https://repology.org/metapackage/jansson/versions
https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/devel:libraries:c_c++/libjansson

Additionally, Ubuntu 14.04 on Travis-CI has 2.5. Set the requirement
to 2.5 since we don't use anything from newer versions.

Implement virJSONValue{From,To}String using Jansson, delete the yajl
code (and the related virJSONParser structure) and report an error
if someone explicitly specifies --with-yajl.

Also adjust the test data to account for Jansson's different whitespace
usage for empty arrays and tune up the specfile to keep 'make rpm'
working when bisecting.

71feef9226 build: prevent unloading of dlopen'd modules

The libvirtd loadable modules can suffer from the same problem if they
were ever unloaded. Fortunately we don't ever call dlclose() on them,
but lets add a second layer of protection by linking them with the
"-z nodelete" flag. While we're doing this, lets add a third layer of
protection by passing RTLD_NODELETE to dlopen().
