Gao feng	45e9d27ad8	NUMA: cleanup for numa related codes ... Intend to reduce the redundant code,use virNumaSetupMemoryPolicy to replace virLXCControllerSetupNUMAPolicy and qemuProcessInitNumaMemoryPolicy.
