Include virutil.h in all files that use it,
instead of relying on it being pulled in somehow.

VIR_AUTOPTR aliases to g_autoptr. Replace all of its use by the GLib
macro version.

The same config files disovery & priority rules are used for
vhost-user backends.
No functional change, the only difference is that
qemuInteropFetchConfigs() takes a "name" argument and construct paths
with it (ex: "firmware").
