bae185c77b tests: qemuxml2argv: drop redundant serial testing 
Several cases have incidental <serial> or <console> XML which aren't
the features being tested for. Upcoming changes will cause some
churn here, so instead drop these bits now.

4ad31f8f65 qemu: ppc64: Support memory hotplug without NUMA enabled 
ppc64 guests don't require adding a NUMA node for hotplug memory to
work. Lift the requirement and add test cases.
