  remove Xen centric comments patch from Guido Günther
* docs/apibuild.py: ignore VIR_DEPRECATED
* docs/libvirt-*.xml docs/html/libvirt-*.html: regenerated the
  documentation for the API

system (shows up as root only) and emit a warning instead

  correctly now.
