Update the host CPU code to report the die_id in the NUMA topology
capabilities. On systems with multiple dies, this fixes the bug
where CPU cores can't be distinguished:
<cpus num='12'>
<cpu id='0' socket_id='0' core_id='0' siblings='0'/>
<cpu id='1' socket_id='0' core_id='1' siblings='1'/>
<cpu id='2' socket_id='0' core_id='0' siblings='2'/>
<cpu id='3' socket_id='0' core_id='1' siblings='3'/>
</cpus>
Notice how core_id is repeated within the scope of the same socket_id.
It now reports
<cpus num='12'>
<cpu id='0' socket_id='0' die_id='0' core_id='0' siblings='0'/>
<cpu id='1' socket_id='0' die_id='0' core_id='1' siblings='1'/>
<cpu id='2' socket_id='0' die_id='1' core_id='0' siblings='2'/>
<cpu id='3' socket_id='0' die_id='1' core_id='1' siblings='3'/>
</cpus>
So core_id is now unique within a (socket_id, die_id) pair.

While on that, drop support for kernels from RHEL-5 era (missing
cpu/present file). Also add some useful functions and export them.

Move all APIs with a virHostCPU name prefix out into new

In preparation for moving all the CPU related APIs out of
the nodeinfo file, give them a virHostCPU name prefix.

Nearly all the methods in the nodeinfo file are given a
'const char *sysfs_prefix' parameter to override the
default sysfs path (/sys/devices/system). Every single
caller passes in NULL for this, except one use in the
unit tests. Furthermore this parameter is totally
Linux-specific, when the APIs are intended to be cross
platform portable.
This removes the sysfs_prefix parameter and instead gives
a new method linuxNodeInfoSetSysFSSystemPath for use by
the test suite.
For two of the methods this hardcodes use of the constant
SYSFS_SYSTEM_PATH, since the test suite does not need to
override the path for thos methods.

Rename linuxDomainInterfaceStats to virNetInterfaceStats in order
to allow adding platform specific implementations without
making consumer worrying about specific implementation to be used.
Also, rename util/virstatslinux.c to util/virstats.c so placing
other platform specific implementations into this file don't
look unexpected from the file name.
Automating a sorting check is the only way to ensure we don't
regress. Suggested by Dan Berrange.
* src/check-symsorting.pl (check_sorting): Add a parameter,
validate that groups are in order, and that files exist.
* src/Makefile.am (check-symsorting): Adjust caller.
* src/libvirt_private.syms: Fix typo.
* src/libvirt_linux.syms: Fix file name.
* src/libvirt_vmx.syms: Likewise.
* src/libvirt_xenxs.syms: Likewise.
