Convert all the secret/storage encryption APIs / wire format to
handle UUIDs in raw format instead of non-canonical printable
format. Guarentees data format correctness.

upon successful volume creation. Fix to handle raw UUIDs. Generate
a non-clashing UUID
* src/qemu_driver.c: Change to use lookupByUUID instead of
lookupByUUIDString
This patch adds a "secret" as a separately managed object, using a
special-purpose API to transfer the secret values between nodes and
libvirt users.

files list
* include/libvirt/libvirt.h[.in]: adds signatures for the new exported
functions virConnectNumOfDefinedInterfaces and
virConnectListDefinedInterfaces
* src/libvirt_public.syms: export the new symbols
* include/libvirt/libvirt.h include/libvirt/libvirt.h.in
