29b1e859e3 tests: use g_strdup instead of VIR_STRDUP
Replace all occurrences of
  if (VIR_STRDUP(a, b) < 0)
     /* effectively dead code */
with:
  a = g_strdup(b);

5165ff0971 src: More cleanup of some system headers already contained in internal.h
All of the ones being removed are pulled in by internal.h. The only
exception is sanlock which expects the application to include <stdint.h>
before sanlock's headers, because sanlock prototypes use fixed width
int, but they don't include stdint.h themselves, so we have to leave
that one in place.

3e7db8d3e8 Remove backslash alignment attempts
Right-aligning backslashes when defining macros or using complex
commands in Makefiles looks cute, but as soon as any changes is
required to the code you end up with either distractingly broken
alignment or unnecessarily big diffs where most of the changes
are just pushing all backslashes a few characters to one side.

0ecd685109 Give virDomainDef parser & formatter their own flags
The virDomainDefParse* and virDomainDefFormat* methods both
accept the VIR_DOMAIN_XML_* flags defined in the public API,
along with a set of other VIR_DOMAIN_XML_INTERNAL_* flags
defined in domain_conf.c.

This is seriously confusing & error prone for a number of
reasons:

 - VIR_DOMAIN_XML_SECURE, VIR_DOMAIN_XML_MIGRATABLE and
   VIR_DOMAIN_XML_UPDATE_CPU are only relevant for the
   formatting operation
 - Some of the VIR_DOMAIN_XML_INTERNAL_* flags only apply
   to parse or to format, but not both.

This patch cleanly separates out the flags. There are two
distint VIR_DOMAIN_DEF_PARSE_* and VIR_DOMAIN_DEF_FORMAT_*
flags that are used by the corresponding methods. The
VIR_DOMAIN_XML_* flags received via public API calls must
be converted to the VIR_DOMAIN_DEF_FORMAT_* flags where
needed.

The various calls to virDomainDefParse which hardcoded the
use of the VIR_DOMAIN_XML_INACTIVE flag change to use the
VIR_DOMAIN_DEF_PARSE_INACTIVE flag.

7c9a2d88cd virutil: Move string related functions to virstring.c
The source code base needs to be adapted as well. Some files
include virutil.h just for the string related functions (here,
the include is substituted to match the new file), some include
virutil.h without any need (here, the include is removed), and
some require both.

265457845f xml: output memory unit for clarity
Make it obvious to 'dumpxml' readers what unit we are using,
since our default of KiB for memory (1024) differs from qemu's
default of MiB; and differs from our use of bytes for storage.

Tests were updated via:

$ find tests/*data tests/*out -name '*.xml' | \
  xargs sed -i 's/<\(memory\|currentMemory\|hard_limit\|soft_limit\|min_guarantee\|swap_hard_limit\)>/<\1 unit='"'KiB'>/"
$ find tests/*data tests/*out -name '*.xml' | \
  xargs sed -i 's/<\(capacity\|allocation\|available\)>/<\1 unit='"'bytes'>/"

followed by a few fixes for the stragglers.

Note that with this patch, the RNG for <memory> still forbids
validation of anything except unit='KiB', since the code silently
ignores the attribute; a later patch will expand <memory> to allow
scaled input in the code and update the RNG to match.
