3b1244bffd qemu: rename: support renaming checkpoints directory
This is basically just saves checkpoints metadata on disk after name is changed
in memory as path to domain checkpoints directory depends on name. After that
old checkpoint directory is deleted with checkpoint metadata files.

62a01d84a3 util: hash: Retire 'virHashTable' in favor of 'GHashTable'
Don't hide our use of GHashTable behind our typedef. This will also
promote the use of glibs hash function directly.

4c33c5568c qemu: checkpoint: Don't merge checkpoints during deletion
Now that we've switched to the simple handling, the first thing that can
be massively simplified is checkpoint deletion. We now need to only go
through the backing chain and find the appropriately named bitmaps and
delete them, no complex lookups or merging.

Note that compared to other functions this deletes the bitmap in all
layers compared to others where we expect only exactly 1 bitmap of a
name in the backing chain to prevent potential problems.

8e94e29010 qemu: checkpoint: Track and relabel images for bitmap merging
Allow qemu access to modify backing files in case when we want to delete
a checkpoint.

This patch adds tracking of which images need to be relabelled when
calculating the transaction, the code to relabel them and rollback.

To verify that stuff works we also output the list of images to relabel
into the test case output files in qemublocktest.

30bc426071 qemu: checkpoint: Introduce support for deleting checkpoints accross snapshots
Allow deleting of checkpoints when snapshots were created along. The
code tracks and modifies the checkpoint list so that backups can still
be taken with such a backing chain. This unfortunately requires to
rename few bitmaps (by copying and deleting them) in some cases.

0ebc74d3e1 qemu: checkpoint: Split out checkpoint creation code
Separate out individual steps of creating a checkpoint from
qemuCheckpointCreateXML into separate functions. This makes the function
more readable and understandable and also some of the new functions will
be reusable when we will be creating a checkpoint along with a backup
in the upcoming patches.

bc3088ca39 qemu: driver: Move checkpoint-related code to qemu_checkpoint.c
Move all extensive functions to a new file so that we don't just pile
everything in the common files. This obviously isn't possible with
straight code movement as we still need stubs in qemu_driver.c

Additionally some functions e.g. for looking up a checkpoint by name
were so short that moving the impl didn't make sense.

Note that in the move the new file also doesn't use
virQEMUMomentReparent but rather an stripped down copy. As I plan to
split out snapshot code into a separate file the unification doesn't
make sense any more.
