The QEMU binary is built from the v7.0.0-rc2 tag.
Some of the additional capabilities that show up are a
consequence of more features being enabled in this build than
in the one used to generate the replies initially.

Changes in all 'ppc64-latest.ags' files were needed due to the
JSONification of command line devices.
