Base the JSON output on a regular capability flag rather than purely
internal flag. This will prepare for the time when QEMU will accept JSON
argumets for -netdev.
For now the capability is not set (thus we for now don't have QMP
schema validation) but that will be addressed later.
To achieve this 'qemuBuildNetdevCommandlineFromJSON' is introduced
and all callers of 'virQEMUBuildNetdevCommandlineFromJSON' are
refactored to use the new helper.

Historically, we declared pointer type to our types:
typedef struct _virXXX virXXX;
typedef virXXX *virXXXPtr;
But usefulness of such declaration is questionable, at best.
Unfortunately, we can't drop every such declaration - we have to
carry some over, because they are part of public API (e.g.
virDomainPtr). But for internal types - we can do drop them and
use what every other C project uses 'virXXX *'.
This change was generated by a very ugly shell script that
generated sed script which was then called over each file in the

Skip the lossy conversion to legacy commandline arguments by using the
JSON props directly when -object is QAPIfied. This avoids issues with
conversion of bitmaps and also allows validation of the generated JSON
against the QMP schema in the tests.
Since the new approach is triggered by a qemu capability the code
from 'virQEMUBuildObjectCommandlineFromJSON' in util/virqemu.c was moved
to 'qemuBuildObjectCommandlineFromJSON' in qemu/qemu_command.c which has
the virQEMUCaps type.
Some functions needed to be modified to propagate qemuCaps.

Construct the JSON object which is used for object-add without the
'props' wrapper and add the wrapper only in the monitor code.
This simplifies the JSON->commandline generator in the first place and
also prepares for upcoming qemu where 'props' will be removed.

QEMU has long accepted many different values for boolean properties, but
set accepted has been different depending on which QEMU parser you hit.
The on|off values were supported by all QEMU parsers. The yes|no, y|n,
true|false values were only partially supported:

Thus we should standardize on on|off everywhere since that is most
widely supported in QEMU.

The storage driver was wired up to support creating raw volumes in LUKS
format, but was never adapted to support LUKS-in-qcow2. This is trivial
as it merely requires the encryption properties to be prefixed with
the "encrypt." prefix, and "encrypt.format=luks" when creating the
volume.

Commit 4362068979 moved the function to
util/virqemu.c which is compiled also on win32 and geteuid()/getegid()
doesn't exist there.
Move it to qemu_domain.c which is compiled only when the qemu driver is
enabled. Originally I didn't want to put it here as qemu_domain.c is a
code dump for helper functions but this is the least invasive fix.

qemuxml2argv test suite is way more comprehensive than the hotplug
suite. Since we share the code paths for monitor and command line
hotplug we can easily test the properties of devices against the QAPI
schema.
To achieve this we'll need to skip the JSON->commandline conversion for
the test run so that we can analyze the pure properties. This patch adds
flags for the comand line generator and hook them into the
JSON->commandline convertor for -netdev. An upcoming patch will make use
of this new infrastructure.

QEMU models guestfwd as:

but the command line as:

I guess the original idea was to make it extensible while not worrying
about adding another object for it. Either way it requires us to add yet
another JSON->cmdline convertor for arrays.

Almost none of our virJSONValue*Get* functions accept const virJSONValue
pointers and it wouldn't even make sense since we sometimes modify what
we get. And because there is no reason for preventing callers of
virJSONValueObjectForeachKeyValue from modifying the values they get in
each iteration we can just stop doing it.

To allow richer definitions of disk sources add infrastructure that will
allow to register functionst generating a JSON object based definition.
This infrastructure will then convert the definition to the proper
command line syntax and use it in cases where it's necessary. This will
allow to keep legacy definitions for back-compat when possible and use
the new definitions for the configurations requiring them.
Add support for converting objects nested in arrays with a numbering
discriminator on the command line. This syntax is used for the
object-based specification of disk source properties.
For use with memory hotplug virQEMUBuildCommandLineJSONRecurse attempted
to format JSON arrays as bitmap on the command line. Make the formatter
function configurable so that it can be reused with different syntaxes
of arrays such as numbered arrays for use with disk sources.
This patch extracts the code and adds a parameter for the function that
will allow to plug in different formatters.
Until now the JSON->commandline convertor was used only for objects
created by qemu. To allow reusing it with disk formatter we'll need to
escape ',' as usual in qemu commandlines.
Refactor the command line generator by adding a wrapper (with
documentation) that will handle the outermost object iteration.
This patch also renames the functions and tweaks the error message for
nested arrays to be more universal.
The new function is then reused to simplify qemucommandutiltest.
