a35e2836b3 Introduce virStreamRecvFlags 
This patch is adding the virStreamRecvFlags as a variant to the
virStreamRecv function in order to allow for future expansion of
functionality for processing sparse streams using a @flags
argument.

d21d35e335 Split driver.h into multiple parts 
With the large number of APIs in libvirt the driver.h file,
it is easy to get lost looking for things. Split each driver
into a separate header file based on the functional driver
groups.
