b11e8cccdd Remove virutil.h from all header files
After the split of enum functions into virenum.h,
this function does not contain anything worth including
in another header file.

68fb03c7c0 Remove virautoclean.h
Now that we no longer use any of the macros from this file, remove it.

This also removes a typo.

8334203f91 Use G_DEFINE_AUTOPTR_CLEANUP_FUNC instead of VIR_DEFINE_AUTOPTR_FUNC
Since commit 44e7f02915
    util: rewrite auto cleanup macros to use glib's equivalent

VIR_AUTOPTR aliases to g_autoptr. Replace all uses of VIR_DEFINE_AUTOPTR_FUNC
with G_DEFINE_AUTOPTR_CLEANUP_FUNC in preparation for replacing the
rest.

285c5f28c4 util: Move enum convertors into virenum.(c|h)
virutil.(c|h) is a very gross collection of random code. Remove the enum

a4bfc2521f util: Move the VIR_AUTO(CLEAN|PTR) helper macros into a separate header
Keeping them with viralloc.h forcibly pulls in the other stuff from
viralloc.h into other header files. This in turn creates a mess
as more and more headers pull in the 'viral' header file.

If we want to make 'viralloc.h' omnipresent we should pick a different
approach.

7662194bf3 Require a semicolon to VIR_ENUM_DECL calls
Missing semicolon at the end of macros can confuse some analyzers
(like cppcheck <filename>), and we have a mix of semicolon and
non-semicolon usage through the code. Let's standardize on using
a semicolon for VIR_ENUM_DECL calls.

Drop the semicolon from the final statement of the macro, so
the compiler will require callers to add a semicolon.

568a417224 Enforce a standard header file guard symbol name
Require that all headers are guarded by a symbol named

  LIBVIRT_$FILENAME

where $FILENAME is the uppercased filename, with all characters
outside a-z changed into '_'.

Note we do not use a leading __ because that is technically a
namespace reserved for the toolchain.

4cfd709021 Fix many mistakes & inconsistencies in header file layout
This introduces a syntax-check script that validates header files use a
common layout:

  /*
   ...copyright header...
   */
  <one blank line>
  #ifndef SYMBOL
  # define SYMBOL
  ....content....
  #endif /* SYMBOL */

For any file ending priv.h, before the #ifndef, we will require a
guard to prevent bogus imports:

  #ifndef SYMBOL_ALLOW
  # error ....
  #endif /* SYMBOL_ALLOW */
  <one blank line>

The many mistakes this script identifies are then fixed.

600462834f Remove all Author(s): lines from source file headers
In many files there are header comments that contain an Author:
statement, supposedly reflecting who originally wrote the code.
In a large collaborative project like libvirt, any non-trivial
file will have been modified by a large number of different
contributors. IOW, the Author: comments are quickly out of date,
omitting people who have made significant contribitions.

In some places Author: lines have been added despite the person
merely being responsible for creating the file by moving existing
code out of another file. IOW, the Author: lines give an incorrect
record of authorship.

With this all in mind, the comments are useless as a means to identify
who to talk to about code in a particular file. Contributors will always
be better off using 'git log' and 'git blame' if they need to find the
author of a particular bit of code.

This commit thus deletes all Author: comments from the source and adds
a rule to prevent them reappearing.

The Copyright headers are similarly misleading and inaccurate, however,
we cannot delete these as they have legal meaning, despite being largely
inaccurate. In addition only the copyright holder is permitted to change
their respective copyright statement.

5bce85a4ee util: netdevvlan: define cleanup function using VIR_DEFINE_AUTOPTR_FUNC
Using the new VIR_DEFINE_AUTOPTR_FUNC macro defined in
src/util/viralloc.h, define a new wrapper around an existing
cleanup function which will be called when a variable declared
with VIR_AUTOPTR macro goes out of scope. Also, drop the redundant
viralloc.h include, since that has moved from the source module into
the header.

When a variable of type virNetDevVlanPtr is declared using
VIR_AUTOPTR, the function virNetDevVlanFree will be run
automatically on it when it goes out of scope.

955af4d4c1 maint: avoid 'const fooPtr' in virnet files
'const fooPtr' is the same as 'foo * const' (the pointer won't
change, but it's contents can). But in general, if an interface
is trying to be const-correct, it should be using 'const foo *'
(the pointer is to data that can't be changed).

cfbdd005e9 util: add virNetDevVlanType
To allow for the possibility of vlan "trunks", which have more than
one vlan tag associated with them, we need a vlan struct. Since it
will be used by multiple files in src/util, src/conf, src/network, and
src/qemu, it must be defined in src/util. Unfortunately there isn't
currently a common file for simple netdev data definitions, so I
created a new file.
