For ssh disks that are served by nbdkit, use the configured value for knownHosts and pass it to the nbdkit process. Jonathon Jongsma	7c5a5366ff	schema: allow 'ssh' as a protocol for network disks ... There was support in the code for parsing protocol='ssh' on network disk sources, but it was not present in the xml schema. Add this to the schema.
