df89071faa xen: recognize device_model_override
Since Xen 4.2 libxl expects device_model_override="/path" instead of
device_model="/path". Adjust the code to parse this as <emulator>.

While libxl also recognizes device_model_version="", this knob is not
required for libvirt. A runtime detection exists in libvirt to select
either "qemu-xen" or "qemu-xen-traditional".
Since qemu-xen-traditional is marked as supported just for stubdoms
there is no need to handle it.

Test data files with 'device_model' were adjusted to use
'device_model_override' instead.

cec1022e01 tests: Xen: use qemu-system-i386 for emulator
Many of the old xm and sexpr test files used qemu-dm as the emulator.
Modern Xen systems no longer use the old, forked qemu-dm, instead
preferring the distro provided qemu or an "upstream" qemu that is
built when the Xen tools are built. This qemu is typically installed
in /usr/lib/xen/bin/qemu-system-i386.

The libxl test files already use /usr/lib/xen/bin/qemu-system-i386.
For consistency, change the old test files to use the same emulator

4c9ffc5388 xenconfig: change 'hap' setting to align with Xen behavior
hap is enabled by default in xm and xl config and usually only
specified when it is desirable to disable hap (hap = 0). Change
the xm,xl <-> xml converter to behave similarly. I.e. only
produce 'hap = 0' when <hap state='off'/> and vice versa.

9e6d721985 Xen: tests: use latest XEND_CONFIG_VERSION in xm/xl tests
Change all tests to use the latest XEND_CONFIG_VERSION
(XEND_CONFIG_VERSION_3_1_0 = 4). Fix tests that do not conform to
the latest version.

717a92513d xenconfig: move <os> parsing/formating to config-specific files
xl and xm differ a bit in how <os> configuration is represented.
E.g. xl config supports <os><nvram .../></os> via its "bios"
setting.

Move the xenParseOS and xenFormatOS functions from xen_common.c
and copy to xen_xl.c and xen_xm.c so they can be customized for
xm vs xl config. An unfortunate fallout is reordering of entries
in the test config files.

20311a9af8 xen tests: Fix missing "type ioemu" with rhel5-api
The most common cause of errors with rhel5-api turn on was missing
"(type ioemu)" in sexpr or its equivalent in XM configuration file. This
happens because the presence of that part in sexpr (or cfg) depends on
xen version the host is running. Let's avoid it by explicitly specifying
interface model which ensures "type ioemu" will always be emitted.

This patch adds

    <model type='e1000'/>

withing the interface element in all affected xml files. And

    (model 'e1000')

to all corresponding sexpr files with similar fix to cfg files. Such
configuration works regardless on Xen version.
