John Ferlan	4dec8a0160	conf: Adjust the iothreadsched expectations ... With iothreadid's allowing any 'id' value for an iothread_id, the iothreadsched code needs a slight adjustment to allow for "any" unsigned int value in order to create the bitmap of ids that will have scheduler adjustments. Martin Kletzander	8680ea9749	docs, schema, conf: Add support for setting scheduler parameters of guest threads ... In order for QEMU vCPU (and other) threads to run with RT scheduler, libvirt needs to take care of that so QEMU doesn't have to run privileged.
