a34fab5399 docs: virConnectGetCapabilities do not provide pool types
Remove the paragraph in the storage pool page that mentions
virConnectGetCapabilities, as virConnectGetCapabilities does not return
any information about pools.

9dadc73029 caps: drop requiredSourceElements from storage pool capabilities
Capabilities should not duplicate data that are obvious from our
documentation and will not change with different QEMU binaries
or the way how we compile libvirt.
