Add the test data based on v8.1.0-1639-g63011373ad
Notable changes in comparison with qemu-8.1 release:
- new 8.2 machine types added
- removed machine types: 'pc-i440fx-1.4', 'pc-i440fx-1.5', 'pc-i440fx-1.6', 'pc-i440fx-1.7'
- 'rom' parameter for 'memory-backend-file' added
