123880d333 qemu: Add AAVMF32 to the list of known UEFIs
Add a path for UEFI VMs for AArch32 VMs, based on the path Debian is using.
libvirt is the de facto canonical location for defining where distros
should place these firmware images, so let's define this path here to try
and minimize distro fragmentation.

74cfb5bb85 domaincapstest: add bhyve caps test
* Extract filling bhyve capabilities from virBhyveDomainCapsBuild()
   into a new function virBhyveDomainCapsFill() to make testing
   easier by not having to mock firmware directory listing and
   hypervisor capabilities probing
 * Also, just presence of the firmware files is not sufficient
   to enable os.loader.supported, hypervisor should support UEFI
   boot too
 * Add tests to domaincapstest for the main caps possible flows:
    - when UEFI bootrom is supported
    - when video (fbus) is supported
    - neither of above is supported

e958fb5b15 qemu: Report better host-model CPUs in domain caps
One of the main reasons for introducing host-model CPU definition in a
domain capabilities XML was the inability to express disabled features
in a host capabilities XML. That is, when a host CPU is, e.g., Haswell
without x2apic support, host capabilities XML will have to report it as
Westmere + a bunch of additional features., but we really want to use
Haswell - x2apic when creating a host-model CPU.

Unfortunately, I somehow forgot to do the last step and the code would
just copy the CPU definition found in the host capabilities XML. This
changed recently for new QEMU versions which allow us to query host CPU,
but any slightly older QEMU will not benefit from any change I did. This
patch makes sure the right CPU model is filled in the domain
capabilities even with old QEMU.

The issue was reported in
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1426456

7bf6f345e0 qemu: Probe CPU models for KVM and TCG
CPU models (and especially some additional details which we will start
probing for later) differ depending on the accelerator. Thus we need to
call query-cpu-definitions in both KVM and TCG mode to get all data we
want.

Tests in tests/domaincapstest.c are temporarily switched to TCG to avoid
having to squash even more stuff into this single patch. They will all
be switched back later in separate commits.

14319c81a0 Show host model in domain capabilities
The domain capabilities XML is capable of showing whether each guest CPU
mode is supported or not with a possibility to provide additional
details. This patch enhances host-model capability to advertise the
exact CPU model which will be used as a host-model:

    <cpu>
        ...
        <mode name='host-model' supported='yes'>
            <model fallback='allow'>Broadwell</model>

68c7011856 qemu: Store host-model CPU in qemu capabilities
Host capabilities provide libvirt's view of the host CPU, but for a
useful support for host-model CPUs we really need a hypervisor's view of
the CPU. And since the view can be differ with emulator, qemu
capabilities is the best place to store the host CPU model.

This patch just copies the CPU model from host capabilities, but this
will change in the future.

167280e7f6 domcaps: Add support for listing supported CPU models
The patch adds <cpu> element to domain capabilities XML:

    <cpu>
        <mode name='host-passthrough' supported='yes'/>
        <mode name='host-model' supported='yes'/>
        <mode name='custom' supported='yes'>
            <model>Broadwell</model>
            <model>Broadwell-noTSX</model>
            ...
        </mode>
    </cpu>

Applications can use it to inspect what CPU configuration modes are
supported for a specific combination of domain type, emulator binary,
guest architecture and machine type.

fda5a98e9e driver config: Introduce virFirmware object
The virQEMUDriverConfig object contains lists of
loader:nvram pairs to advertise firmwares supported by
by the driver, and qemu_conf.c contains code to populate
the lists, all of which is useful for other drivers too.

To avoid code duplication, introduce a virFirmware object
to encapsulate firmware details and switch the qemu driver
to use it.

get rid of the struct altogether.

436dcf0b74 qemu: Add AAVMF to the list of known UEFIs
Well, even though users can pass the list of UEFI:NVRAM pairs at the
configure time, we may maintain the list of widely available UEFI

With a slight name change - it's called AAVMF, with AAVMF_CODE.fd
being the UEFI firmware and AAVMF_VARS.fd being the NVRAM store file.

bc03a23149 qemu: Allow UEFI paths to be specified at compile time
Up until now there are just two ways how to specify UEFI paths to
libvirt. The first one is editing qemu.conf, the other is editing
qemu_conf.c and recompile which is not that fancy. So, new
configure option is introduced: --with-loader-nvram which takes a
list of pairs of UEFI firmware and NVRAM store. This way, the
compiled in defaults can be passed during compile time without
need to change the code itself.

b3f42da6b7 domaincapstest: Run cleanly on systems missing OVMF firmware
As of f05b6a918e the test produces the list of paths that can
be passed to <loader/> and libvirt knows about them. However,
during the process of generating the list the paths are checked
for their presence. This may produce different results on
different systems. Therefore, the path - if missing - is
added to pretend it's there.
