af8e39921a cpu_conf: Don't format empty model for host-model CPUs 
Most likely for historical reasons our CPU def formatting code is
happily adding useless <model fallback='allow'/> for host-model CPUs. We
can just drop it.

4d82c8fd61 test: Drop useless prefix for qemuxml2xmldata test data 
There's no reason for the files to have qemuxml2xmlout- prefix
since they all live under qemuxml2xmloutdata directory.
