706cd47487 qemuhotplugtest: Use real 'latest' capabilities for hotplug testing
Rather than test with synthetic capabilities which might get outdated
reuse testQemuGetRealCaps to fetch latest capabilities and use those.

4b1199a5c4 qemuhotplugtest: Remove tests for legacy cpu hotplug on x86
Modern cpu hotplug was introduced in qemu-2.7, thus all qemu versions
actually support it. Remove the tests for the legacy hotplug.

7d3ca9dbdd qemuhotplugtest: Add also always-present capabilities
Use virQEMUCapsInitQMPBasicArch in qemuHotplugCreateObjects so that we
also add the always-present capabilities to the set of capabilities used
for the hotplug test and fix fallout.

e88367095f qemu: populate <audio> element with default config
Currently the QEMU driver secretly sets the QEMU_AUDIO_DRV env variable

 - VNC - set to "none", unless passthrough of host env variable is set
 - SPICE - always set to "spice"
 - SDL - always passthrough host env
 - No graphics - set to "none", unless passthrough of host env variable is set

The setting of the QEMU_AUDIO_DRV env variable is done in the code which
configures graphics.

If no <audio> element is present, we now auto-populate <audio> elements
to reflect this historical default config. This avoids need to set audio
env when processing graphics.

Use the new command in the test suite by asserting the capability
and adjusting test data to the correct field names as they changed

fbf27730a3 conf: add support for specifying CPU "dies" parameter
Recently CPU hardware vendors have started to support a new structure
inside the CPU package topology known as a "die". Thus the hierarchy
is now:

  sockets > dies > cores > threads

This adds support for "dies" in the XML parser, with the value
defaulting to 1 if not specified for backwards compatibility.

For example a system with 64 logical CPUs might report

   <topology sockets="4" dies="2" cores="4" threads="2"/>

c87c42f0eb qemu: command: Use all vCPU properties when creating args for vCPU hotplug
As qemu documents we should use everything in the 'props' sub-object of
the data returned by query-hotpluggable-cpus. Until now we only used
everything we recognized, but that may break in cases when qemu
introduces new fields.

This change requires a fix to the test data as some fields were
reordered.

fdf354fb51 virQEMUCapsHasPCIMultiBus: use def->os.arch
We do not fill out qemuCaps->arch when parsing status XML.

Use def->os.arch like we do for PPC.

This fixes hotplug after daemon restart for domains that use
a user alias for the implicit pci-root on x86.

e6e26a899d tests: unify qemu binary paths for all qemu related tests
Our test data used a lot of different qemu binary paths and some
of them were based on downstream systems.

Note that there is one file where I had to add "accel=kvm" because
the qemuargv2xml code parses "/usr/bin/kvm" as virt type="kvm".

a245abce43 tests: hotplug: Add test infrastructure for testing qemu CPU hotplug code
The cpu hotplug operation is rather complex so the testing code needs to
provide quite lot of data and monitor conversations to successfully test
it. The code mainly tests the selection of cpus according to the target
count request.
