These wrapper functions were used to adapt the virObjectUnref() function
signature for different callbacks. But in commit 0d184072, the
virObjectUnref() function was changed to return a void instead of a
bool, so these adapters are no longer necessary.

For the various structs storing lists of objects, the access
to the hash tables is not lockless. The mutex on the object
owning the hash table must be held.

Historically, we declared pointer type to our types:
typedef struct _virXXX virXXX;
typedef virXXX *virXXXPtr;
But usefulness of such declaration is questionable, at best.
Unfortunately, we can't drop every such declaration - we have to
carry some over, because they are part of public API (e.g.
virDomainPtr). But for internal types - we can do drop them and
use what every other C project uses 'virXXX *'.
This change was generated by a very ugly shell script that
generated sed script which was then called over each file in the

Convert all calls to virHashForEach where it's not obvious that the
callback is _not_ deleting the current element from the hash to
virHashForEachSafe which will be deemed safe to do such operation.
Now that no iterator used with virHashForEach deletes current element we
can document that virHashForEach must not touch the hash table in any
way.

All users of virHashTable pass strings as the name/key of the entry.
Make this an official requirement by turning the variables to 'const
char *'.
For any other case it's better to use glib's GHashTable.

It doesn't make much sense to configure the bucket count in the hash
table for each case specifically. Replace all calls of virHashCreate
with virHashNew which has a pre-set size and remove virHashCreate
completely.

If there are two concurrent threads, one of which is removing an
nwfilter from the list and the other is trying to add it back they
may serialize in the following order:
1) obj->removing is set and @obj is unlocked.
2) The tread that's trying to add the nwfilter onto the list locks
the list and tries to find, if the nwfilter already exists.
3) Our lookup functions say it doesn't, so the thread proceeds to
virHashAddEntry() which fails with 'Duplicate key' error.
This is obviously not helpful error message at all.
The problem lies in our lookup function
(virNWFilterBindingObjListFindByPortDevLocked()) which return
NULL even if the object is still on the list. They do this so
that the object is not mistakenly looked up by some API. The fix
consists of moving 'removing' check one level up and thus
allowing virNWFilterBindingObjListAddLocked() to produce
meaningful error message.

When trying to create a nwfilter binding via
nwfilterBindingCreateXML() we may encounter a crash. The sequence
of functions called is as follows:
1) nwfilterBindingCreateXML() parses the XML and calls
virNWFilterBindingObjListAdd() which calls
virNWFilterBindingObjListAddLocked()
2) Here, @binding is not found because binding->remove is set.
3) Therefore, controls continue with creating new @binding,
setting its def to the one from 1) and adding it to the hash
table.
4) This fails, because the binding is still in the hash table
(duplicate key is detected).
5) The control jumps to 'error' label where
virNWFilterBindingObjEndAPI() is called which frees the binding
definition passed.
6) Error is propagated to the caller, which calls
virNWFilterBindingDefFree() over the definition again.
The solution is to unset binding->def in case of failure so it's
not freed in step 5).

Missing semicolon at the end of macros can confuse some analyzers
(like cppcheck <filename>). VIR_ONCE_GLOBAL_INIT is almost
exclusively called without an ending semicolon, but let's
standardize on using one like the other macros.
Add a dummy struct definition at the end of the macro, so
the compiler will require callers to add a semicolon.

In many files there are header comments that contain an Author:
statement, supposedly reflecting who originally wrote the code.
In a large collaborative project like libvirt, any non-trivial
file will have been modified by a large number of different
contributors. IOW, the Author: comments are quickly out of date,
omitting people who have made significant contribitions.
In some places Author: lines have been added despite the person
merely being responsible for creating the file by moving existing
code out of another file. IOW, the Author: lines give an incorrect
record of authorship.
With this all in mind, the comments are useless as a means to identify
who to talk to about code in a particular file. Contributors will always
be better off using 'git log' and 'git blame' if they need to find the
author of a particular bit of code.
This commit thus deletes all Author: comments from the source and adds
a rule to prevent them reappearing.
The Copyright headers are similarly misleading and inaccurate, however,
we cannot delete these as they have legal meaning, despite being largely
inaccurate. In addition only the copyright holder is permitted to change
their respective copyright statement.
