This ensures that, as we add support for more formats at the
domain XML level, we don't accidentally cause drivers to
misbehave or users to get confused.
All existing drivers support the raw format, and supporting
additional formats will require explicit opt-in on the
driver's part.

For now we just allocate the object, so the only advantage is
that invocations are shorter and look a bit nicer.
Later on, its introduction will pay off by letting us change
things in a single spot instead of all over the library.

The rewrite is straightforward as bhyve registers only the
'bhyveProcessAutoDestroy' callback which by design doesn't need any
special handling (there's just one caller which can start the VM thus
implicitly there's only one possible registration for that function).

Upcoming patch which is fixing the opening of drivers in monolithic mode
needs to know whether we are inside 'libvirtd' but the code where the
decision needs to happen is not re-compiled per daemon. Thus we need to
pass this information to the stateful driver init function so that it
can be remebered.

This patch adds the generalized job object into the domain object
so that it can be used by all drivers without the need to extract
it from the private data.
Because of this, the job object needs to be created and set
during the creation of the domain object. This patch also extends
xmlopt with possible job config containing virDomainJobObj
callbacks, its private data callbacks and one variable
(maxQueuedJobs).
This patch includes:
* addition of virDomainJobObj into virDomainObj (used in the
following patches)
* extending xmlopt with job config structure
* new function for freeing the virDomainJobObj

These wrapper functions were used to adapt the virObjectUnref() function
signature for different callbacks. But in commit 0d184072, the
virObjectUnref() function was changed to return a void instead of a
bool, so these adapters are no longer necessary.

The virDomainObj struct has @pid member where the domain's
hypervisor PID is stored (e.g. QEMU/bhyve/libvirt_lxc/... PID).
However, we are not consistent when it comes to shutoff state.
Initially, because virDomainObjNew() uses g_new0() the @pid is
initialized to 0. But when domain is shut off, some functions set
it to -1 (virBhyveProcessStop, virCHProcessStop, qemuProcessStop,
..).
In other places, the @pid is tested to be 0, on some other places
it's tested for being negative and in the rest for being
positive.
To solve this inconsistency we can stick with either value, -1 or
0. I've chosen the latter as it's safer IMO. For instance if by
mistake we'd kill(vm->pid, SIGTERM) we would kill ourselves
instead of init's process group.

There are few places where a virPCIDeviceAddress typed variable
is allocated on the stack but it's not initialized. This can lead
to random values of its members which in turn can lead to a
random behaviour.

In a few places we declare a variable (which is optionally
followed by a code not touching it) then set the variable to a
value and return the variable immediately. It's obvious that the
variable is needless and the value can be returned directly
instead.

Libvirt assumes that a SCSI bus can fit up to 8 devices
(including controller itself), except for so called wide bus
which can accommodate up to 16 devices (again, including
controller). This plays important role when computing 'drive'
address in virDomainDiskDefAssignAddress(). So far, the only
driver that enables wide SCSI bus is VMX. But with newer
releases, ESX is capable of "super wide" bus (64 devices).
We can blindly bump the limit in our code because then we would
compute address that's invalid for older ESX versions that we
still want to support.
Unfortunately, I haven't found a better place where to store this
than virDomainDef.

virCommandToString returns an allocated buffer, so using it directly as
argument of virBufferAdd which doesn't consume the string causes it to
be leaked. Switch to virBufferToStringBuf since we are already using a
buffer.

Historically, we declared pointer type to our types:
typedef struct _virXXX virXXX;
typedef virXXX *virXXXPtr;
But usefulness of such declaration is questionable, at best.
Unfortunately, we can't drop every such declaration - we have to
carry some over, because they are part of public API (e.g.
virDomainPtr). But for internal types - we can do drop them and
use what every other C project uses 'virXXX *'.
This change was generated by a very ugly shell script that
generated sed script which was then called over each file in the

Implement "<os firmware='efi'>" support for bhyve driver.
As there are not really lot of options, try to find
"BHYVE_UEFI.fd" firmware which is installed by the
sysutils/uefi-edk2-bhyve FreeBSD port.
If not found, just use the first found firmware
in the firmwares directory (which is configurable via
config file).

This introduces support for the QEMU audio settings that are common to
all audio backends. These are expressed in the QAPI schema as settings
common to all backends, but in reality some backends ignore some of
them. For example, some backends are output only. The parser isn't
attempting to apply restrictions that QEMU itself doesn't apply.

The virDomainDefFindAudioForSound only takes a virDomainSoundDefPtr as
its arg, but we want to use the same functionality for VNC graphics.
In addition if audio ID is zero, then we want to return the first
available audio backend.
